According to our policy requiring noticing, posting, and allowing at least thirty (30) days for input from Owners, the following policy, procedure, rules, regulations or guidelines have been provisionally adopted by the Board at our last meeting.  Based on input from Owners (or lack thereof) the Board will make revisions and re-post, or adopt as posted at the next regularly scheduled Board meeting.
