I voted on line and there is no reply saying my vote was successfully received. You can't contact Full Circle HOA or a director unless you know the "password", which I don't. This makes this web site less than useless as far as I can tell.

If your Full Circle has your current email address, you should have received a confirmation email for your vote shortly after it was submitted. Call Full Circle to confirm they received your ballot if you didn't get the email, (970) 369-1428 x1 and speak to Julie Denny.
Regarding 'contacting' - the password to get into the contacts page is written on the page, it is: password.
Sorry you had trouble with the online voting, it is of course intended to make submitting your ballot easier!
