The Design Review Committee (DRC) has jurisdiction over all improvements, buildings, fences, landscaping, driveways, play equipment and structures of any kind placed on Ski Ranches lots.

All DRC applications and communications must go through the DRC Administrator, Greg Malver (728-9137 or email GTelluride@aol.com).

If you need addresses for neighboring properties, please email Full Circle with the Lot # and Filing #.  It may take up to 2 to 3 days to respond to requests, so please plan accordingly.

The DRC meets twice per month, usually on the second and fourth Tuesdays of the month.  Meeting dates and locations are posted on this site.  You can also contact Greg Malver for meeting information.

Please note that effective March 24, 2005, new application fees are in effect.

$300  Preliminary Plan Review
$700  Final Plan Review
$50 and $300 for Small Projects

Please note that effective May 25, 2005 there is a Road Impact fee for additions and new construction of $1.00 / square foot.
