Please fill out the ballot below to vote for the proposed 2009 budget and special assessment. Your ballot will be sent to Full Circle HOA Mangement and a confirmation will be sent to you via email.

Full Circle sent you a 4-digit code that follows your name in the ballot package you received by mail. You can find it on the address label, and also the retrurn address label on the BACK OF THE BALLOT. For example, it would show your name as JOHN DOE 4875. Full Circle will use this code to verify your ballot. You will use the same number for all future online voting.

You can also vote using the paper ballot by returning it via US mail, via facsimile, hand delivery, or scanning/emailing it.

Also, the board would like to improve owner communications by getting as many owner email addresses as possible. In order to vote, you will need to provide your email address, and you will receive an email confirmation of your online vote. In addition, there are different levels of permission you can give for use of your email address, which you will see below.

One-half of the votes based on assessed valuation constitutes a quorum. The record date for purposes of assessed valuation is December 31, 2007. The record date for purposes of ownership is October 21, 2008. If a quorum is represented, then the action will pass if approved by a majority of the votes.
