Ski Ranches/Mountain Village Waterline Project

Dear Ski Ranches Owners,

This year's annual waterline improvements will be an extensive project to replace water lines under lower Fox Farm and portions of Wapiti at Sunshine circle to Meadow Drive and will begin next week with mobilization and site preparation 9/2-6.  Vehicles, supplies, and equipment will be stored on lower Meadow Drive.  Construction activity will begin the week of 9/8 near the Saddle Horn and Fox Farm intersection.  We anticipate 7-9 weeks for this work.

Please expect to encounter construction equipment, crews, and traffic delays including single lane and possible full closures along FoxFarm in the coming weeks.

Please inform your guests, property managers, renters, contractors, and service vendors to anticipate these delays and to drive cautiously.
