TREE REMOVAL APPLICATION

This application has been formally adopted by the DRC pursuant to Article 6 of the Declaration (recorded at reception No 315541). In an effort to expedite the process for approving unwanted tree removal owners will complete the following application and schedule site walk with the DRC Administrator. All trees, dead or alive require the submission of this application and approval by the DRC Administrator or the DRC Committee. If the impacts are beyond the DRC Administrator’s authority to approve, the owner and/or their agent will be required to present the project to the Committee at their monthly meeting and provide proof of noticing to each contiguous neighbor (see requirements in the DRC regulations) no less than 10 days prior to the DRC meeting.

FAILURE TO SUBMIT AN APPLICATION PRIOR TO CUTTING ANY TREES WILL RESULT IN A MINIMUM FINE OF $500. TREE REMOVAL APPLICATION (01/17/20)

One (1) 8 1/2” x 11” copy of a site of owner’s lot denoting the approximate location of each tree to be removed from the lot. Each tree must be flagged prior to Administrator's site walk with the owner/agent.
