Wildfire Awareness & A Helpful App to Stay Informed
Ski Ranchers!!
The wildfire threat is real—be ready.
The recent Stoner Mesa Fire, Black Canyon Fire, and now the Peninsula Fire are sobering reminders that wildfire danger is never far away.
To stay fire aware, we recommend downloading the Watch Duty app. It provides real-time wildfire updates, and when paired with San Miguel County Red Flag Alerts, ensures you are prepared in the event of a fire.
Our forests are vulnerable in these windy, dry conditions, and we want to make sure Ski Ranches residents are informed. See below for tips you can take and additional resources.
